Nomura Office Fund (NOF) has appointed the asset management company, Nomura Real Estate Asset Management (NREAM), to provide full range of professional asset management services to NOF.
NREAM has been appointed under the agreement with NOF concluded on August 20, 2003 and managed NOF’s assets in accordance with the investment target and basic policies outlined in the NOF’s Articles of Incorporation.

Organization charts of NREAM are shown below, and the Office Management Division provides NOF with asset management services. In addition, as NREAM provides asset management services to more than one investment trust (REIT), including NOF, NREAM will segregate the divisions for respective REIT (Office Management Division , Residence Management Division and Private REIT Management Division), with the purpose not to impair the interests of the REITs.
