Nomura Office Fund (NOF) was incorporated in accordance with the Law Concerning Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations of Japan (the "Investment Trust Law") on August 7, 2003, and the unit certificate (code 8959) was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 4, 2003.

Basic policy of NOF is to secure stable medium- to long-term earnings and to ensure steady portfolio growth. Based on this policy, NOF invests in real estate and real estate backed securities with underlying properties located in the three major metropolitan areas or mainly in government-designated cities, and which are mainly used as office buildings.

NOF has appointed Nomura Real Estate Asset Management (NREAM) to provide asset management services to NOF.
