The Fund intended to execute a master lease agreement with NRED for the purpose of subletting the NRE Tennouzu building and PMO Nihonbashi Honcho to end tenants. In the form of the agreement, called “pass-through”, NRED, a master lessee would pay the whole rents from end tenants to the Fund. In this table, a master lessee, NRED, is not taken to represent but end tenants.

Regarding NRE Tennozu Building and PMO Nihonbashi Honcho with the pass-through structure, a lease structure involving the master lease company paying an amount the same as the rent, the end tenant is stated although the master lessee is NRED.
